Okay I've been skimming my sources and the gist I'm getting is that comment Ison is three times larger than the earth, half the size of Jupiter. All hell is supposed to break loose in January 2014 when the earth passes through the tail of the comet. Now the earth has passed through the tail of a comet before and nothing happened and some are saying that this is also the case with Ison.. But there seems to be at least two moons orbiting or following Ison.. The new dooms day predictions is that it could change the earth's orbit causing ... something of an ice age. There's always something coming to get us huh?

Well the official story is that it is a large as a mountain. Other reports, not so official has it three times larger than the earth.
