To get where I am today I actually sacrificed far too much.

Ironically, or maybe justly...where I am now is not even all that terribly special after all.

Lesson learned.

I don't know, success is not a destination but a life time journey

it will be my life one day, most all trade our life off for money, but I do
alot more that most, as a work alot off insulation
where many can balance a fuller life combined with a job.

Some would say I sacrificed a relationship or possibly marriage as I put my career first. Initially I thought they were right until I started dating and realized that I indeed did not sacrifice anything. laugh

that was isolation! isolation! isulation ! apparently i'm an insulator now
as wellslaphead:
I suppose we will never know for sure what we sacrificed in full
when you take the left trail and no right
I've sacrificed all relationships in my life
but thats a lot to do with who I am, i'm a coffin dancer and a modern-day Pioneer,
I came on a 747, always curious to see what's around the next corner.

why call it a Sacrifice if you bettered yourself?

If you envision your life a symphony and spend all your time mastering the drums, no matter how accomplished a drummer you may be; one drummer does not a symphony make.

A drummer without a symphony can still appreciate his skill and still regret not having committed more efforts in other instruments along the way. Fortunately for our drummer, it's never too late to learn. flowerforyou
