FLORIDA, July 17, 2013 — Jacksonville-area Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, the leading figure behind the failed and seemingly criminal prosecution of George Zimmerman, is being sued.

The plaintiff is Ben Kruidbos, the former information technology director in Corey’s office. Reuters reports that he “was fired after testifying at a pre-trial hearing on June 6 that prosecutors failed to turn over potentially embarrassing evidence extracted from Martin’s cell phone to the defense, as required by evidence-sharing laws.

I think Z just wants it all to go away and get on with his life, but if they continue to persecute him, after being acquitted, he and the entire Z family may sue as well!

A man found not guilty in a trial, by a jury of his peers, later on national TV, the prosecutor who failed to make the states case, even after suppressing evidence, calls this innocent man a "murderer"!

So a prosecutor has no respect for the law? Who is the REAL guilty party here? slaphead

Even though Holder illegally holds Mr Z's weapon, he can always get another legally.

Let's hope another wannabe dead thug thinks before jumping him or, they could become worm food as well.

at this point to call him a murder is libelous - regardless of ones personal opinion...it is libleous and potentially harrassment as well.

He was found innocent at the scene and now by a jury. I think the DA should seal the case.
