Assuming you want to be rated and are asking for advice on how to change your looks because you're not attracting people, the only problem I can detect is that you look like an Eminem type. Hard boiled, rough around the edges, tough, and maybe a little cold. Just change your clothing style to something more casual and less gangsta thug and I'm sure nice girls will start noticing but please acknowledge the fact that we thrive in a society based on a man doing the approaching.

Based off the pictures, you look mad and like you don't wanna be bothered. And this is coming from someone who always looks sad, even when they're not, so believe me: I know that looking mad could just be your natural expression. Make eye contact and smile to accommodate. Even though I hate giving that advice It never works :P

I think your profile looks great and is well written. The one thing that I would suggest, is adding a couple more pics, a clear pic of your face with a smile would be nice.
