don't be afraid to barge right through with confidence.

An obvious oversimplification but when applied over a large amount of different experience greatly increases the probabiity of a positive outcome. What is not said is there is a price that is paid for such optimism and its usually of an emotional nature more difficult to quantify but nonetheless true and often quite painful especially to those less emotionally sophisticated...
