What are the good qualities that are needed for a lasting ralationship?

First,Knowing how to put the other one first. (Which is one of the biggest problems that I see with most couples today)

(2) Knowing how to pick your battles. You can't win them all.

(3) Being there "before" you're needed.

(4) Know how to listen.

(5) Know when to shut up.

(6) Sex isn't everything.

(7) Communicating is everything.

(8) Time well spent,Is time spent together.

(9) Knowing when to give a little breathing room.

(10) Knowing how to put friends and family in there place "after" your spouse.

There is 10. I'm sure someone can think of some more.
