Unless you are physically blind or insane, there is always love at first sight the first time that you see your new-born baby. I know from experience.

now the instant biological love for ones child is undeniable, although viewing a stranger for the first time cannot be love, you can love there appearance but how can you love them if you do not know them. knowledge of a person is what allows you to love them specifically, you can love parts of them but unless you obtain knowledge of who they are, than you can not love "them".
