Thinking I now know why the post office is going broke. What difference does it make weather I tell the guy who works behind the counter at the Post Office, who may never see me again and doesn't even ask for an ID that what is in my sealed flat rate box is legit or the post man who would accept my package from my home address and sees me several times a week and knows me by name? If they actually sold the boxes with the postage on it they would have less "loss" and the same risk as those who can afford a printer and down load the postage program so don't tell me it is a security issue.
