At least he's out of hospital, but I'm betting it still has you worried that he tried to poison himself :flower:. Now you'll need to find the root cause of what made him do it. If he did it without telling you, then maybe he just doesn't want to hurt your feelings. It sounds as if he was/is really depressed? You must be really worried about him. I know quite a bit about depression and it's effects on people. As long as he's in a safe place. Half of the battle is keeping him safe from himself. If you get my meaning.  *hug*

Good that he's out of danger. What kind of poison? Was it something from under the sink or did someone try to assassinate him? 
You should put him in timeout with no Oreos or Mountain Dew where he will be monitered 24/7 until he learns not to do that again!

Hope you don't think I'm being intrusive, but I just wondered if your dad has anyone to talk to about his stress. Especially when it gets to THIS level.

Take good care of him..n try to stressout..u can be friendly with him dont share with him again about incident..thanj god if he is out of danger ...our prayers with ur dad n family...advice him family tour for some enviorment changes..will be stress out
