What a fraud these investigation are! Why not declare the witness "hostile" and grill the hell out of him?

There's a new law they are trying to pass for the rest of us in the courts.....(can't remember if it's city, state or fed...google it) If you have been marandized, and you refuse to answer the questions, even pleading the 5th, you are assumed guilty until proof can be shown to the contray.

A total disregard for a persons constitutional rights....

I'm sure that won't apply to those in any kind of position of power..... only us eaters!

Pleading the 5th sure made him appear guilty. If the guilty wont testify a special prosecutor should be appointed.

Force everyone who pleads the fifth to eat rotten vegetables everyday in a sealed up dungeon where they shall stay until they decide to cooperate!!!!!

Personally, I think the 5th should only pertain to the individual seeking those protections, and NOT officials who serve the public interest!

Any public servant pleading the 5th should lose their job, benefits, and awards for violating the public trust!

I believe this was Salinas v Texas, where since the person did not openly invoke his 5th amend rights, it was deemed that he may have been silent in trying to think up a lie
