Check that video out. It's not like all scammers ask you for money right away. This one took the time to build a relationship with this woman and then convinced her to help him out with a business deal. The best scams are those that take the time to make a person think they are in love and it's really sad when that crap happens. I'd be willing to bet the guy in that first video probably did kill himself because of how depressed he was.

I haven't been taken by one those yet and I doubt I ever will be. But as time goes on and you get old and feeble minded you may find yourself doing things just to get attention and you will be much more vulnerable to things like this. The old are especially vulnerable to these things and it's not always online scams.

The main msg I am trying to get across to you about your messed up thinking is the re-victimization of victims. Rape victims are told they deserved to get raped because they dressed a certain way or they went to certain parties or they went where ever they went. It is no more right to blame one victim for being a victim then it is to blame another victim. It's a sick thing to do and you should really rethink doing that. That is all I am going to say on this.

Ok I agree with you with the well-orchestrated scams where they build a solid relationship to do so and take them for everything and leave. I do have sympathy for them cases now that u open my thoughts about it, but the ones that are going around here in OZ ATM where they post an add on gumtree about a $250 a week beach front rental property at Bondi and they ask u to send the bond money to some person in Africa or you have won the lottery in china, to collect all u have to do is send such and such this amount I don't.

I love getting those emails. They're so much fun to read. It's like they are having a stroke or something when they're typing that makes them mess up constantly.

I was first introduced to one of those because of my parents. They got one that was weird. It was something about some dude who passed away and had no relatives. But if you do this and this then you can claim his money. I have to wonder if there is anything like that any where in the world or if they just made that crap up.

But the most likely people to fall for that kind of scam are those who are desperate for money or the elderly. At least I hope those are the most likely to fall for that kind of scam. Maybe someone who hasn't been on the net for very long would go for it. But sadly this is one of those life lessons some people have to learn the hard way.
