‘Obama phones’ given to people promising to sell them for drugs, money [VIDEO]

This is really not about O, but the abuse of a program highlighted during his re-election cycle. The program was brought to national attention by a supportive MSM in a quest to gain larger support by minorities for re-election..... thereby giving O the credit for this decades old gov't program he did NOT enact during his term of office, and hence the term "Obama Phone".

He did however give us the "Affordable Care Act" which now it is being implemented, has proven to be anything but affordable, and is coming under heavy fire as the actual costs, requirements, and mandatory date for compliance nears.
