if there's nothing to gain, then there's nothing to lose. I'd do it. why does it always boil down to physical attractiveness? why do we always let our shallow side win?

definitely go,,you're attracted to his personality n company,,that's a great foundation for friendship at least,,but be CLEARLY honest that you consider him a friend only,,you dont date a friend, its just 'getting together, or hanging out, sharing company' or SOMETHING,,ANYTHING but a DATE!! n if you're attracted to these important features ya never know what the future can hold,,some of the best relationships are laid on these foundations,,take it slow,,n BE CLEAR it's JUST FRIENDS. have fun n enjoy the journey!

Was wondering if I would go out on a date with a person I wasn't attracted to, if I enjoyed he's compony & loved he's personality? I couldn't come up with an answer to this question, instead further questions come forth, I asked myself: if I were to go out, what would be my intention, since i'm not attracted to him? If I won't, why not cause the date won't be such a waste after all since I enjoy he's compony & love he's personality? Then onother question crossed my mind: Is the date always viewed as a potential relationship or its time allocated to be shared with someone, inspite of how one feels about the next part, as long one is willing to avail him/her self? What are your views on these questions folks? (hope i'm making sense cause I asked too many questions at once, since one question led to onother) Nope, did that and he got hurt!When feeling are involved and you don't share the same feeling ...it always ends up badly! |
