Posting profiles is like sending out a resume to an employer. Hundreds and thousands are sent out to be judged but most often an accurate assessment of an individual cannot be made simply by reading what they wrote about themselves.

Honestly I have never obtained even one job from sending out a resume. Every job I have obtained instantly was by walking through the door face to face.

It is not what you say about yourself that subjects you to an impartial judgment but what you do that allows for a more accurate assessment.

So, it is good for an individual not to think to highly of themselves because that first impression is the lasting impression but rather just be humble and wait to be seated.

Agree with that, and all this amounts to is one big resume. Might be the best qualified person but most people dont get past the first msg and profile.
