My husband was 12 years younger than me,he died in an accident 5 years ago wwe would be married 23 years this year,so age means nothing,just a number.we got along just great. RL

RL 12 years isn't that big of a gap as its a little over a decade. Where the problem starts is when the age difference is 20 or 30 years younger. At that point age is a concern. Being 30 years older than a guy; my chances of dying or having a minor accident that could cripple me or have arthritis are considerably higher than if I were his age. So, yes age does matter for those that want to grow old together and retire at the same time. I couldn't grasp having a spouse 30 years older than me and knowing he is that much closer to death than I am. Sorry; but being practical; I think of these things.

I believe that everyone has the right to a relationship. Age shouldn't be the barrier for a relationship but true love from the heart where nothing is needed in return.

Things can be complicated, but not more complicated than they need to be i guess. My friend is here looking to meet a younger guy and i think it is ok to support her

I'm a little late to the party on this, but I dig older women. I'm a product of my time, I was born in 81. I want nothing more than be be an adult in the 80's, that's all I wanted as a kid and for years I've been told I have an old soul..I dig it. I would blow a hot 50 year old Texas ladies mind man, this smooth chill slice of hot chocolate watching Johnny Carson on youtube? ...granny panties will melt..#yeahIsaidIt.

I'm 41. I would find it difficult to date a girl in her 20's. My mentality at 21 differs, now. Hell, even at 31! I'm not saying ALL cases wouldn't work, but a large majority (I believe) would not. At least, from my prospective.
