what is it best to say when starting a conversation with someone. will a simple 'hi' be enough?? I do prefer that.

If you mean online then no, a simple hi isn't enough. I don't reply to those messages but if you are talking about in the real world, it depends. If it's someone that I know then it's fine but if it's a stranger, then I'm not sure what to say back to that but it obviously depends on the situation.

The best way to begin is very similar to how you stated your OP, honest and communicative...A simple "Hi" can make it seem like you are just perusing profile pics and playing a numbers game or worse, make you seem glib and insincere...Before you email someone, read their profile....You can usually find a conversation starter there....Good luck Shy!

If your talking on line then the first conversation I keep simple like always find there strong quality that appeal to you, honest, loyal, friendly, funny ,no penis, age appropriate maybee, that sort of thing, then complement on them Then I say nice pic, do you have any different kinds of one's (dont say naked) then see what they say..lol.. But if your talking about in person and I'm attracted ,I just say, hey you got any naked picture's I could look at. No I dont say that...I'd say nice bum were ya from..lol

A "Hi" is fine with me. I have gotten Long messages that looked like they had been copied and pasted to me.

Personally a dont beleive he was corresponding to anybody, it was just a comment in regards to my Statement.
