My name is Brent. Im 24 years old and i currently live in Townsville.
I work at the Reef HQ Aquarium and have been for the past year now.

I am a pretty quiet guy who enjoys relaxing at home and hanging with friends and family. I dont mind drinking or clubbing but these arent always my first choices for a night out. Im an easy going guy who isnt afraid to speak my mind. Im a good listener and im always willing to go out of my way for my friends, family and those i care for. I can also be very out there and im not afraid to try new things.

Some of my interests include fishing, camping, boating, motor bikes, cars, movies, music, hanging with my friends, meeting new people, trying new things, relaxing at home, playing video games, walking my dog and much more.

Ive been told i have a great sense of humour, an amazing personality and that im a wonderful listener and good with advice. Theres alot to know about me and im not like your typical bloke.

Yeah you would feel the cold down here, especially if your'e from Townsville. I have a cousin who lives there and whenever he visits us here he always moans about how cold it gets here.
It's not bad at all right now though.

Hehehe yeah one thing I wont forget about Sydney how much the cold hit me, can only imagine how bad it would be now hahaha, tho im sure with a few hot water bottles or someone to keep me warm it wouldn't be so bad haha :P

Do any aussies actually use this site? So far its seems like those aussies who have accounts here just don't use this site anymore. Just wondering if its worth even trying to meet people here or should I just go elsewhere?

You are right. There aren't many Aussies using this site. People try it then leave because there isn't anyone here. *shrug*

Yeah im beginning to notice that. Its a real shame because I thought there was a lot of promise on this site. But alas its just letting me down :( But I guess this site has been around for a while and im a newbie to it so I guess I shouldn't expect everyone to still be using it. Just wish I could find a site that actually has active aussies on that wont cost u an arm and a leg to use, or any cash at all. Just don't see the point in paying a monthly fee or such just to be able to use all the features on certain sites, and as for the ones that make u pay just to talk to people I think is a complete rip off. What ever happened to the good old days when chatting to people online was free?
