hey there, has anyone been to india? i intend to travel to the south of india over the next winter , will be staying arround the kanyakumari area, need tips for acommodation, sights, and maybe dos and donts, appreciate any comments and tips, thanks.

hello olli....as u informed dat u r coming in dec-jan...dis z goin to be the time of christmas and new year...it is vry difficult to find a hotels and accomodation at this time coz it z da peak time for tourist to come...i would suggest you to make ol ur bookings in advance...u can look for hotel seaview,kanyakumari

one thing, dont get over friendly with the locals. maintain ur distance. dont show money around.
