I had an MRI yesterday. On the forms, there was a question about if I suffered any trauma; I wrote that I once saw my mother naked. Dirty looks, but not a single chuckle. They three hours later, they called all hysterical, because I apparently had a stroke. I asked "I assume I can tell people that the damage is in the part of the brain that controls socially appropriate behaviour" "No, it isn't" "But then I would have an excuse" "No, you have no excuse"

It was like being dressed down by the schoolmaster all over again!

Either they truly believed everything you wrote down, or they were lacking wit sensor's :) I think only dr's with a sense of humor should be hired, because the really moody one's tend to scare off little children, and me. I spent a few minutes explaining to one, why I was unable to have a blood test, he then got really angry. And they think THE PATIENT'S need chill pills? What about the dr's who could do with a few themselves?
