As for the Almighty saying one should have no other gods before me, He was saying not only that whatever one loves most is one's god, but also, remember, in Hebrew the very word "God" is plural.

I don't see why people have so hard a time with we humans having families, but God couldn't be one member in a family of Gods? Consider that our heavenly Father is one of many in the family of Gods; but our Father is the only one we worship! This is consistent with Hebrew and Greek texts.

God being "plural" explains the verse, "Let us make man in our image."

There are no other gods, and it is wrong to worship idols. Why worship a god in the form of a statue or icon, when it cannot speak, listen or act? Worship needs to be to the true God.

Think of it this way. The fallen Angels are from the Spirit world.

These fallen Angels we call Demons but being of the Spirit world can come to you as a Mighty One.

You have completely missed the point (surprise). I will tell a little story, (Oh no not another one). A friend and spiritual advisor of sorts has a son and daughter. The son had bought a car and spent many months restoring it and it was NICE. Rebuilt from the ground up, new paint, wheel covers, glass. Engine completely torn down and rebuilt along with the entire rest of the drive train. That car became his "god". The real God finally taught him a lesson after he was warned by many that the "car" was replacing God. The car was totaled in a wreck. He was completely unhurt, but the car was beyond any repair or restoration. From his own mouth about 4 days later he said, "Y'all were right, that car was my new god." God is jealous of His own. There is God and there are gods. "I am the Lord thy God and thou shalt not have any other gods before me" Notice the difference between the noun and the adjective.

That is a distorted rationalization.

First, the car was not his "God." It was a material possession that he was very attached to. Attachment to material things creates an underlying fear that those 'things' will be lost or taken or destroyed. This fear creates visions of the loss and these visions are essentially "prayers" or thought forms that create reality.

Second, the idea that a material thing is or can be "god" is absurd given the common definition of "God" which is a being that created the world and mankind. A car cannot do that.

But if you want to change and clarify your definition of God, I am willing to listen.
