So our society sucks. Because i'm not a size 0 i'm immediately considered ugly and not accepted? Screw that! And those who follow and agree with society you are just as bad. Beauty isn't all about looks. Beauty is who the person is, how they treat people, what kind of heart they have. Beauty is deformed so badly that girls go through great lenghts just to be what society considers "Beautiful".

I'm one of those girls who is very curvy and voluptuous and has to wear a bit bigger clothes but you know what i'm beautiful no matter what anyone says. You all can say whatever you want, i really could care less. You dont know me like some people do. You dont know what my real beauty consists of. And if you aren't shallow maybe you'll see my true beauty. That all depends on your attitude towards people like me.

So i'm done venting and like i said you all can say what you want, i'm beautiful as who i am.

Not every guy out there likes skinny women. Some guys definitely go for the curvier women. So don't worry too much.

If you do exercise, that good for your own healthy.

I agree to the OP. Society has their own definition of being beautiful.

You don't want to date those men anyway. Thank them for showing you they have bad judgment based on ridiculous criteria before you made the mistake of wasting your beauty on them.

So society is to blame for making you seem ugly? What about all the beautiful plus sized models that exist? And, most of the guys I know do love them some curvy women. I think you are confusing society with Hollywood. The celebs go on these diets and do all this stuff to help keep them thin and sexy and then the media pimps it. And when that happens then the real world becomes obsessed with it. Gotta have this or that cause Oprah said so. Or look at how ripped Hugh Jackman got for that film. I have to do that to get chicks.

Hey, just think how lame it must really be for the one's who date those more judgemental types. Imagine some guy with abs, thin, very athletic, obssessed with model-type women. I bet they encourage their girlfriend to be anorexic. Who would want a guy who nags them about their looks or weight? Tell ya what, I'd rather spend a night sat with my dog, than some guy wanting to go on a couple's diet with me. Hun, life is much more fun with men who let you just be you. They know how to live an easy life. Some will just never be satisfied. They need to take up self-confidence classes. Whoever told you that you were fat or other such insults, should take a look at their mouldy personality.

What is the alternative to dieting to please 'society'?
Pigging out, of course! Society is overrun by gross overweight eating machines just as this so called 'society' seems overladen with too many that look not only malnourished and underweight for their sizes. They remind me of the eternal starving peoples of so many places in the 'third' and 'fourth' world.
Find your happiness in a balance between the extremes, be it weight issues or religious /moral or even political extremes. A good life is in one's own sense of balance and harmony is reached both within and without. Your own opinions and sense of balance is all that really matters. Be free of all constraints of 'society'. Uniformity sucks big time.

Society is what you make it. You define society, they don't define you, and you should not let them.
