What can I change to get more female traffic on my profile?

Well, you could not tell them that you smoke weed because that puts a lot of them off I think, unless you are looking for somebody to get wasted with and that's like a deal braker man. Honesty is all very well but if you are just looking for an activity partner for outdoor activities do you really need to say on your profile that you do drugs?

Also, I wouldn't be putting my phone number on there. If you want women to "text" you they can do that on here can't they? If I read a profile or get a message where someone says what their number or email is then I think "scammer".
