most of you know about my son
any how my older sister is his caregiver and he had a doc appt today and he had been a diabetic the same amount of time when he was dignosed to have kidney failure 5yrs ago well any how the doc took him off the diabetic meds lantis ( the shot) and only give him the novalog if his suger count is over a certain range that awsome news and yes his blood sugers have been under control for along time what i find strange is that people that are skinny are more prone to be a diabetic my son doesnt gain weight the most he has ever weighed was 102 if that he weighs now 98lbs |

Well queen, sorry to hear his kidney is failing, but very happy they were able to take him off a med! i also have been on dialyis 7yrs my son and i have the same birthdefect called lawerence beild moon syndrome where it effects each person in a differnt way but it does cause issue with the kidneys |
