i have 2 kids who are both grown now
i had my daughter when i was 19 and i was a single parent untill i met my son dad which we got married shortly after our son was born but yet i still felt i was a single parent we split up right before our 1st annerversary my mom was married to my dad for 21yrs and she always said she felt she was to a single parent for my dad was hardly ever around my daughter is also divorced and a single parent of 4 she to had her kids young |

If you are to judge yourself whether your a good parent, you'll never know really. Just continue to love and care for your child best that you can. Teach them well and someday when they've grown up to be great person, you'll know you've succeed.
