All are proper file types, well withing size requirements (>100.000), not obscene or dirty. Still site will not allow m to upload

How to upload photos for pc users:

Man, it seems like everybody is having a similar problem. I tried repeatedly numerous ways to edit my profile and upload my photos and it just keeps giving me a dumb error says my email is already registered when I’m logged into my account.
