All I remember was forcefully driving home the conclusion of my argument- Benjamin Franklin! The response was "what the heck are you taking about?" I then realized that I was running an activities group at work, where I emcee the home version of Wheel of Fortune (the answer was Barbara Mandrell) and had fallen asleep, but just kept on talking. I usually day dream about the proceedings and outcome of things I'm engaged in at the time. I started practicing visualization techniques a long time ago but now they just come to me automatically in little day dream snippets.
