A hunter shoots a deer at a Walmart store in Pennsylvania and he's now being charged for the killing. On March 27, The Inquisitr reported that Arcangelo Bianco Jr., 40, saw a 10-point buck near the Walmart parking lot where he was standing. He grabbed his handgun and shot the deer, firing off several rounds before killing it. Wildlife Conservation Officer Jack Lucas said it was one of the biggest deer bagged in the area. Bianco, however, is being charged with several things because of where he was and the ethics of what he did.

"[Bianco is] being charged with reckless endangerment for shooting the deer at Walmart. He was also charged with hunting without a license, shooting on or across highways, and unlawful killing or taking of big game," The Inquisitr reported.

When a hunter shoots a deer at Walmart, charges are almost expected. As Lucas explains, "Obviously, we can’t have someone running through a Walmart parking lot shooting at a deer." The incident happened in November 2012 and it is unknown why it has taken so many months for charges to be brought upon Bianco.

As far as evidence goes, Bianco was caught by surveillance cameras in the Walmart parking lot. It doesn't sound like he is set to deny what he did either. As far as "hunting season" is concerned, the "deadline" for hunting antlered deer was the same day as the incident -- so Bianco was safe there.

The hunter who shot the deer at Walmart is scheduled for a May 1 hearing.

lol.. my guess would be republicanish...the dems would have to give it rights first, than think of the PC correctness of the kill, then talk it over by making a 12-15 person panel, with each getting 50,000 grand for the day and get nothing solved... but the deer would still be alive... plus, the dems would know whats best for the deer...
