I have a best best friend who is always beside through up and down for almost 10 years. And recently she come out to me and say she in love with me despite knowing i'm not Les. It puzzle me and i really dont know how to react in this kind of situation. To be frank, i like her quite alot and having seem all lesbian couple that i knew is breaking up so frequent. This lead me to question if i do accept her, will the relationship last. Anyone have any opinion?

If you're not lesbian it won't last. I have a second cousin and her partner have been together over 40 years.

If you aren't a Lesbian, don't do it. That will also effect your friendship. So she is better off being with a woman who is a Lesbian. Remain friends.
