My point is simply this, im not pro Obama nor anti Obama. He is simply my President. I have no illusions as to his shortcomings as President. With this said, one must ask, "what is a President? He is a figurehead, whos main function is to represent a goverment with many sponsors with self serving modalities geared at a level of power, absolute power. Who is behind him? Who influences him? There is no way in hell that one Blackman will weild power absolute. Those behind him decide the agendas. The climate of American politics is the struggle between two entities of power. Those are the ones behind the political landscape and who control it, the president, hell, he is just the President.

i agree with most of what you just said, but what i feel you're forgetting is that he is the leader, and anything is only as good as who's in charge... if a company is failing, who is to blame? the leadership, for making bad decisions... same with any army general, if they are losing battles, it's not the soldiers fault, but the generals... he has made no impact whatsoever, and we are all paying for it...i didn't like bush either, and yes, alot of what's going is bushes fault, but that is neither here nor there, as he is out of the picture now...

jobs, ending the outflux of american companies leaving, getting the ND on track, rather then getting us deeper, gas prices lowered, for longer than just the elections, inflation out of control, people being generally happy...

Here is what I think is Good and better since Barack Obama took office:

We withdrew from Iraq.

We (allegedly) assassinated the terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden, after Bush let him get away.

The Bush Cartel family is out of the White house, (although still busy with their criminal enterprises)

Black people feel better because finally they have a black president.

Mitt Romney is not our President.(Thank God and Allah for that)

At least we have a president that is a decent speaker and does not look like an idiot on television, even if most of what he says is B.S. at least he sounds good.

America is well on the way to being the leading oil producer in the world.

JP Morgan is about to lay off 4000 people.

We can finally know what politicians to trust by how they end up voting for or against the gun control legislation.
