I'm writing a research paper for my English comp. class about whether or not violent video games contribute to juvenile crime in the world today. What do you think?

I think they commit to the severity of the crime, but not the crime itself.

hii it just mentality dear see right and wrong our all side it depends upon us only what to choose video games are not just contribute in crime just people are too foolish to think that bad in real its dirty mind n nor dirty game

Ya Chandra10 is wright , it is depend on our mentality . If we play those games just as a games , nothing will happen .

thanks hide man we should stop throwing our own responsibilities on other only this can help our world to b good games movies are just a thought in every game or movie villain is defeated then why dont we learn to b a hero why just trending towards villain its only person wrong choosing power..

Whaaaaat? Video games contribute to juvenile crime? O.o how the hell that's supposed to be? So every one who owns an Xbox360 got some chance to end up being a criminal? Offcourse not. Video games are awesome. I'd rather laugh if someone would be foolish enough to be compelled by a video game.

The reality is that video games are interactive and when children play for excessive amounts of time without having the proper amount of social skills the results can be harmful to a childs development. If all a child knows is black ops and grand theft auto how will that child react to a fight at school, for example.
