Unless she can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that's the reason she was fired, she doesn't have a leg to stand on. Yep it may be hard to prove unless they showed a pattern of firing all people who were vocal about being an Obama supporter. I worked for a company who did fire anyone who was pro-union after the vote was defeated.... all supporters of the union were let go. |
