I might be a troll, but I don't do it in secret, nor do I try to piss people off- people do say I like to shock people though. Oh and BTW, now I have the last words- neaner, neaner (did I spell that right- neaners) I was hoping someone would do that.

Trolls are on a LOT of forums. Why let it get to you? Unless one is only aiming for you in particular. Trolls should realize there are certain consequences. I've known people who have become suicidal due to prolonged sadistic bullying. I think they just maybe don't get enough attention from people in their family, or circle of friends, or were abused in the past. I'm not trying to diagnose their problems. It would help though, if bullies were saying why they used to bully others.

It would help though, if bullies were saying why they used to bully others. Its a mild irritation. People are entitled to their own opinions and can live how they want. I posted this to show what trolling is. As there seems to be some discrepancy. Outrageous views that are widely absurd to most people posted as their personal norm, and causes others to retaliate is trolling. Someone wanted clarification. I had fun. Win win.

 How do you know what is absurd to most people? There is an estimated 6 billion people in the world. Are you pretending to speak on behalf of over 3 billion people?
The fact that another person's views seem outrageous and absurd to you doesn't mean that those views are outrageous and absurd to most people. You speak only for yourself. Also, nobody in these forums can cause you to retaliate. If you retaliate, then it is because you choose to do so. As I see it, all that you have done in this thread is use the "troll" label as ad hominem against someone who expresses beliefs that you disagree with. |

Since you have accused me of trolling, I feel a need to reply. The views I post ARE my views on whatever subject is being discussed. I know many of my views are controversial, but that doesn't mean I'm trolling. It means I have different views than most. It's my feeling that having different views from the majority here is often an asset. How dull would it be if everyone agreed about everything all the time? The most powerful tool to use against a troll is to simply ignore them. This takes away all their power to frustrate and, if that's what they're really up to, they'll get bored and leave. I've been posting my thoughts on this forum for a very long time. I don't think they've changed much over the years. Obviously, the moderators don't think I'm trolling because I've not been banned or even contacted and asked to turn it down. I never insult anyone, although sometimes the most insecure ones think I am. So, I try to point out that I'm not talking about them when I say something. It doesn't help much though. Some people seem to be looking for a reason to be insulted. "As such, your victim must not know that you are trolling; if he does, you are an unsuccessful troll." just means you are a very successful Troll 
I think everyone should just be themselves, whatever and whoever they happen to be...Who made you the judge and jury. You are as far to one side as he happens to be on the other. Reminded me of some lyrics...but i'm sure they won't be considered. Only a part anyway. I wanted to copy and paste one poster's comments from another thread here for ya to read just HOW outrageous their views and opinions are. Outright women are nothing but for sex ... and they insisted they are serious. that's all I think im allowed to say without crossing threads.
