This is hilarious. As the OP mentions, at least four people thought that the zombie hoax was a possibility. So, I replied, in short, "If some people can believe 'X', then it is no surprise that some people can believe 'Y'." I used the alleged "cabal" as an example only to illustrate my point. |

It was intended to be insulting, but if you did not notice even that, then the remark did not apply to you. That's just being clueless. Sometimes in this forum, people will post rather odd claims just for the purpose of entertainment. The people who post the claims don't necessarily believe them. So, when I mentioned "a secret cabal consisting of reptilian aliens, the Illuminati and people named Rothschild", I didn't know if anyone on this site actually believed in the existence of reptilian aliens. I always thought that the "reptilian alien" claim was just a joke, just like the zombie hoax.
