GM confirmed February 6th that the Flint East plant will close in November 2013, leaving 287 employees without their jobs.

GM confirmed its plan to close the consolidated a assembly plant in Ontario making 2,000 employees lose their jobs.

The second shift will be eliminated in the first quarter of 2013, and the line will be shut down completely in June 2013, along with the production for the Impala.
