Sad...my day didn't go as planned... S'pose to be bbq at the beach, but the continous rain and thunderstorms simply didn't allow it...and i'm really "itching to go beaching!"...grrrrr!!!

A little more pain than usual this morning. I usually wake up with a lot of aches and pains, but this morning it's really bad. Takes me a while to get moving. I never sleep passed 7am and it usually takes me about three to four hours to recover from it, lol.
