Here is an excerpt from a column written by Emmy-Award winning American journalist Juan Williams:
Over the years, I watched as bright, black conservatives like Colin Powell, Condi Rice, William Coleman, Thomas Sowell and Walter E. Williams were dismissed as “Sellouts” “Uncle Toms” and “House Negroes.” Last month, the football player Robert Griffin III was put-down by a commentator on ESPN as a “cornball brother,” because he has a white girl friend and there is talk that he is a Republican. Earlier this month, Colin Powell, during an interview on Meet the Press, said he sees as a “deep vein of intolerance” within the GOP. That prompted some Republicans to criticize Powell for forgetting that Republicans promoted him to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and later to become Secretary of State. The idea that black people – liberal or conservative – are not allowed to speak out as independent thinkers is apparently a truth for a lot of liberals and conservatives. Blacks are supposed to stay in neatly defined political boxes. However, as the never-ending assault on Justice Thomas’s integrity shows, the deepest vein of intolerance is to be found on the Left for minority conservatives. When will the mainstream media call attention to this type of ‘intolerance’ that is absolutely racist thinking at its worst? . . . recently Gallup found more black Americans consider themselves conservatives – 29 percent – than liberal -24 percent. And another surprise is that most black Americans, 43 percent, self-identify as political moderates, according to Gallup. But in reading the mainstream press or watching political television shows the truth of a lively spectrum of political thinking among black people is forbidden. I personally know this to be true. I have had a lot of the same vitriol directed at me for not towing the liberal party line on issues ranging from school choice to the importance of black fathers taking responsibility for their children. When I ask why civil rights leaders fail to take on gangster rappers who glamorize violence I was labeled as ‘Not-Authentically-Black.’ . . . . . . Isn't it about time for someone in the mainstream media called out the haters and the race hustlers? So, African-American journalist Juan Williams is pointing out the institutional racism that is in the American media . . . racism which says that the only good African-American is a liberal, Democrat African-American. Granted, the mainstream media in the USA perpetuate racism by promoting the lie that the Republican Party is more racist than the Democratic Party. As long as minority voters believe that lie, they tend to vote for Democrats, which is to the liking of the liberals who work throughout the American media. The political doublespeak in the American media is amazing. The Democratic Party can promote the soft bigotry of low expectations and the institutional racism called "affirmative action", and the mainstream media will depict the Democratic Party is favoring the little guy. The Republican Party can promote racial equality by insisting that the same standard be applied to everyone (because a person's capability isn't determined by that person's race), and the mainstream media will depict the Republican Party as being opposed to minorities. If a liberal or Democrat researcher were to claim that Republican policies were harming minorities, then that researcher would be given plenty of attention in the media. However, when a non-liberal researcher such as Thomas Sowell points out the Democrat policies that hurt minorities, he is largely ignored by the media. As Juan Williams points out, there is plenty of racial intolerance on the Left. Minorities are belittled if they refuse participate in liberal groupthink. |

And I get painted a racist just becasue of the way I think, feel, and politically express myself. I want real equality and not this Animal Farm crap. The people running the media are engaging in social engineering and assume races should fit in neat stereotypes for their use! And what is more comical is that when I point out reverse racism I am more the racist!

The American mainstream media employ liberal journalists who dream of turning the USA into the United Socialist States of America, and the Democratic Party promotes policies that aid that dream. Thus, the dream comes closer to reality if the Democratic Party stays in power. Right now, the Democratic Party needs the votes of minorities to stay in power. So, if minorities dare to stray off the Democratic Party plantation, then they will be ridiculed by members of the mainstream media.
Sadly, some minorities favor the Democratic Party because they want to live in a socialist society. They have discovered that a level playing field does not guarantee equal results, and they want equal results. The Democratic Party tells them that it can give them equal results, but equal results can't be guaranteed in a color-blind society. |

We can't be equal as long as things like affirmative action still exists. As long as Extremist Muslim nutcases preach their hate,folks like ambalance chaser Sharpton and kang shabitch keep throwing bile into the pus. As long as, there are those who will continue whining about being a just-freed slave and accept personal responsibility. Until they decide they want to reeeeealy be equal, there will be those who decide to jump the Liberal ship still being called Unca' Thomas's and Auntie Thomasina's. The true bigots are the ones who want the special privileges when they know damn well, that ain't equal with the rest of us. I think, I will go down to da' courthouse and legally change my race. I want me some freebies and special rights. |
