You better check the funding on this one. I didnt need to go any further than this.. Anthony Watts To know its tripe. Watts Up With That? One thing for sure.... if Gore says it's true, it's NOT! Even a broke clock is right twice a day . . . in Gores case, only once, and full of hyperbole on severity, but none the less the science behind the core concepts are good. You simply cannot dump exponentially greater and greater quantities of greenhouse gasses into an atmosphere without creating a very warm greenhouse like atmosphere. That's your belief..... now you have only to prove what scientists can't..... good luck with that! The real problem is pollution and corporate dumping of toxic wastes in our rivers, streams and oceans, and venting of pollutants into the air. Global warming is simply the shade pulled over the public eye in a hope of diverting the issue and creating a new tax initiative. Cap and trade (if passed) under govt regulation would tax the air we breathe under a carbon tax..... we already pay for water as water bottling corporations drain our lakes and streams to mud holes in the name of profits. The whole "warming is just an opinion" bs is misdirection to hide the truth... which can't be hidden any more. The Earth is radically heating up and man is the cause. The final effects are unknown but they won't be good for most of the world. Gore, being an azz, makes it worse. The "carbon credit" scheme won't do anything to help the Earth. It will just make a few a lot of money. And so far,we ain't controlling Water-Vapor,so our good Scientists blame Man and CO2 instead! Puts plenty money in certain People's pockets! |
