1 package fish fillets (your choice) 1 egg white 1/4 teas. salt 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 teas. dill seed 1/4 teas. onion juice Heat oven to 425 place fillets in greased baking dish; season with salt and pepper. Beat egg white and 1/4 teas. salt until stiff but not dry. Fold in remaining ingredients; spoon onto fish. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and topping is puffed and brown. (4 servings)

I love Onions period.

Sounds interesting. I'll have to try it! You might want to mention how big a package of fish filets. They come in many sizes.
