This topic comes up a lot around this site... so I'm just taking a poll. Do you prefer a guy with a beard? Is it even worse if it's an awful beard? How does this work? I'm pretty much always rocking a Hugh Laurie five o' clock shadow nowadays but that still counts as clean-shaven, right? Or... just help me understand. Seriously. BEARD!!! Full on Beard definitely! Oh... and throw in some Tattoos and I'm in love!

It depends on the guy. For the most part, I prefer clean shaven.

That's why I do the goatee (which I know you don't approve of), but some beard is better than no beard at all! i loathe goatees with a fiery passion. they make me want to cry. But B it looks like your sporting a goatee in your profile pic!!

I dunno...i'm rather dubious of swapping spit with a bearded bloke. He may have monkeys swinging around like Tarzan in all that facial hair.

But B it looks like your sporting a goatee in your profile pic!! don't be ridiculous. clearly that's a full beard considering it's covering all of the b's 'face'.

I also prefer mostly clean shaven - stubble hurts when kissing and stings major after just no and real full beards look subterranean somehow - like he's hiding in it (with god knows what else) except of billy dusty and frank of course who look good in anything...

I in general prefer men with lots of hair... including chest hair and beard. I also prefer men that are bigger and chubbier ( but not fat) so i guess in conclusion I am attracted to bear-like men. haha

My preference is for goatee or clean shaven. I don't like a mustache without a goatee attached. Stubble is very sexy but not good for lots of kissing. Then again, if its sexy enough I won't bother with kissing for very long before I just jump him.

I'm not into scruffy and unkept...but beard, shadow, shave, 'stache or any portion thereof done well and flattering to the individual? Sexy! That said...I would no more try to dictate that to a man than accept dictation about my own hair length, style, color. Hopefully we can look beyond hair or lack thereof...there's a real person in there!

They had a study on this...Facial hair and chest hair type s*** is generally thought to be far more masculine. Which means, even if you deny it...Women are just as much slobbering beasts as men.

I do not like beards that are not clean cut and even all the way around, low to the face. Makes it look attractive and sexy!

He started out with just a mustache.....then he grew a goatee....now he has a full beard....either way, I think he's hot!!
