My understanding is that it is against the site rules for someone to mention their own website, or any website they are affiliated with.

If this were allowed, we would have shameless self promotion all over the place.

If I have misunderstood, and you really want to know about promoting website in a more general way, you could start a discussion in the computer section about strategies, as long as no one mentions their own website.
