Topic: SCOTUS orders new look at Obamacare | |

From CNN: "The Supreme Court has ordered a federal appeals court to take another look at whether a key requirement in the health care reform law violates religious freedoms.
A pending lawsuit from the private Liberty University had claimed, among other things, that the law would lead to taxpayer dollars funding abortions and contraception, a claim the Obama administration rejects. The justices issued their order Monday." Your thoughts? |

SUPREME COURT ORDERS 4TH CIRCUIT TO REVIEW OBAMA'S DEMAND RELIGIOUS GROUPS PAY FOR CONTRACEPTIVE CO-PAY - The Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals to examine the constitutionality of Obamacare's employer requirements and mandatory coverage of contraceptives without a co-pay. The move is a victory for freedom of religion and Obama's attack on faith. It could open the door for Obamacare to be back in front of the Supreme Court late next year. Remember folks, Liberals will try to twist this to be about denying contraception and its not. It's only about who should pay the tiny co-pay, the person getting and using the contraceptives or the taxpayer and/or religious institutions who believe it goes against their faith. |

Talk about hypocritical nutjobs. The only way to stop abortions is to provide every woman with birth control. They need to choose what they are for or against.

The only way to stop abortions is to provide every woman with birth control. Or people could refrain from sex outside of marriage. According to statistics provided by the Guttmacher Institute, in the USA, the vast majority of women seeking abortions are single, and their pregnancies are a natural consequence of their choice to participate in sexual intercourse. I'm not telling single adults to practice sexual abstinence. I'm merely pointing out that sexual abstinence is another way to prevent unwanted pregnancies. |

We live in a time when sex has become far too casual, I don't agree that you should wait for marriage, since there are alot more people nowadays that just don't want to get married, but men and women both can practice safe sex.
I also don't feel that contraceptives should be paid for by health insurance as it is a medication for an illness or required to cure something. It is optional to use and should be paid for by the people having sex. Yes I know they can be somewhat costly...but then again so can a baby. If you wanna get laid, make sure to have protection, and don't ask taxpayers to pay for your lay. |
