Since the Peace Prize has been given to Obozo and the EU, it's value and reputation have plummeted downhill... It no longer has any value since they awarded it to a civilian, woman and baby killing Obozo. He has also abolished liberties, renewed unconstitution acts of former president he promised to repeal...instead he made them worse. A desire to make gov't all powerful, denying liberties, killing women and children..... just not what I call worthy of a peace prize. Sorry for this poor guy. Too bad he didn't receive it before the baby killer. |

Here is an excerpt from a statement issued by the IPCC in reference to the aforementioned controversy pertaining to Michael Mann:
Statement about the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize
The IPCC was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007 for its work on climate change, together with former US Vice-‐President Al Gore. . . . . . The prize was awarded to the IPCC as an organization, and not to any individual associated with the IPCC. Thus it is incorrect to refer to any IPCC official, or scientist who worked on IPCC reports, as a Nobel laureate or Nobel Prize winner. |
