Ex-Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor callously swung condom from underage hooker lasso-style: Attorney
![]() Former NY Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor leaves Manhattan Federal Court on Wednesday, October 24, 2012. A young girl is accusing Taylor of sexually assaulting her when she was 16. Disgraced football legend Lawrence Taylor cavalierly pulled a used condom from his underage prostitute, twirled it like a lasso, and tossed it aside as the young woman fretted about an unwanted pregnancy, the woman’s lawyer alleged during graphic questioning Thursday. The hulking Hall of Fame linebacker shared the revolting details of the $300 deed in 2010 as part of a civil case brought by the woman, Cristina Fierro. “I grabbed the condom, spun it, and tied it up,” the fallen New York Giant said on the stand. The dirty details were part of lawyer Nathan Goldberg’s effort to portray Taylor as an uncaring man, insensitive to the woman’s plight — not merely a john who accidentally had sex with a teenager. Goldberg said the pair tried the missionary position at first, but it caused Fierro too much pain. They then opted to try it from behind. After 10 to 15 minutes, Taylor climaxed and the condom became stuck in her. The two-time Super Bowl winner removed the condom from Fierro at her request as she said, “I hope I don’t get pregnant,” according to Goldberg. Making a lasso-like motion, the lawyer added that Taylor whipped the rubber in the air and threw it away. “You said you twirled it around? Swung it around a couple of times?” Goldberg said. “I don't deny that. I recall that, but not that motion you're talking about,” Taylor said. The lawyer then asked if Taylor, who once terrorized NFL quarterbacks, thought Fierro’s concern was a laughing matter. “No, I didn't think it was funny at all. I would never have thought it was funny at any time," Taylor said. But Taylor’s callousness did not just surface post-coitus, Goldberg said. When Fierro first arrived at the Rockland County hotel, the pair engaged in awkward small talk while LT sat naked on the edge of the bed. “This is real, not extensions!" said Taylor, running his fingers through Fierro’s hair. He also asked Fierro’s age. She claimed to be 19, Goldberg said. But Taylor never noted the black eye that Fierro said came from her pimp, Rasheed Davis. "Would you agree what she went through would have consequences on her health?" Goldberg asked. “Of course, I've got daughters, I wouldn't want that to happen to them," Taylor said. In his effort to portray LT as heartless, Goldberg cited an affidavit in which Taylor referred to Fierro “as a mistake.” But Taylor said he was misunderstood. “(I wasn’t referring to) her as a person,” he said. “But as a mistake on my part. And I’ve made plenty." NEW YORK (AP) — Gridiron great Lawrence Taylor says he thought a teenager accusing him of sexual assault in a New York civil case was "very, very pretty" when he first met her at a hotel. The teen sued Taylor in federal court in Manhattan following his guilty plea to patronizing an underage prostitute. Taylor was called to the witness stand in the civil case Wednesday. The former New York Giants linebacker testified about when he met his accuser in the hotel room in May 2010. He says he expected to pay to have sex with her and she "didn't seem to have a problem" with it. The accuser claims she was 16 when another man forced her to have sex with Taylor. Taylor insists he believed she was 19 at the time. He's serving six months of probation. |

Ex-Giants great Lawrence Taylor declared sex offender, sentenced to 6 years probation
Tuesday, March 22, 2011 Football great Lawrence Taylor was officially declared a sex offender Tuesday for bedding a teen runaway - and faced his victim for the first time since their fateful May encounter. Taylor was sentenced to six years probation in Rockland County Court for patronizing a prostitute and sexual misconduct. ![]() Christina Fierro, 17, whose name had been withheld by the News until she appeared in front of the cameras, denied she was a sex worker. "I am not a prostitute," she said. "I am a victim and I am hurting. I don't think the sentence given to Mr. Taylor is fair." Gloria Allred, her new high-profile lawyer, said the teen would have objected to the plea agreement had she been consulted. Prosecutor Patricia Gunning said that Fierro was in constant contact with her office and signed off on the deal. Fierro was a week shy of 17, the legal age of consent, when she met Taylor in an upstate Holiday Inn on May 6, 2010. He was originally charged with felony statutory rape because of her age, but copped a plea to lesser charges. Allred would not comment on a possible civil suit against Taylor. She said her client was beaten by pimp Rasheed Davis into meeting with Taylor and said the ex-Giant should have known she was a minor. Taylor's lawyer, Arthur Aidala, said exposing the victim to the media was "a disgrace." "This young woman is being victimized once again," he told the TV cameras. In court, Aidala insisted that the Super Bowl hero had no idea the girl he slept with was underage and apologized on his behalf to his wife, family and fans. "He never wanted to tarnish his image," the lawyer said. "Mr. Taylor readily accepts responsibility." As a sex offender, the former linebacker is barred from porn websites and sex shops. He cannot be alone with underage kids, except his 5-year-old son and his friends and has to be home between 1 and 5 a.m A hearing to determine his sex offender level and whether he has to put his name in a public registry will be held April 12. Taylor, who was accompanied by wife Lynette, said little during the hearing and had no comment afterward. Asked by Justice William Kelly if he wanted to say something, he replied: "I'm fine, judge. Thank you."A hearing to determine his sex offender level and whether he has to put his name in a public registry will be held April 12.
