I can't believe this year is almost over. Time is passing so quickly these days. I have been spending a lot of time with Brian the last couple weeks and I am so glad he is back in the area. I missed having my sons around when they were both in NYC. Have a Happy New Year, Everyone! I have the feeling this one is going to be a great one for me. Both boys are on the road to good careers and my sisters cancer seems to be going into remission. Finally my life seems to be going well on all fronts. I hope all of you have joy and prosperity in the new year. Love you guys and gals!

Happy New Year's (a day early but hey, I didn't start it!)!
I think on NY eve I will nurse one drink till it's watered down and then head back to miss the drunks on the road! Kinda boring, I know, but I plan on stepping on ladies toes too (dancing)! So it will be some fun... What are your plans, if I might ask? |

A quiet night for me, at midnight I was in bed listening to the news on the radio. When the news was over, the excitement of the occassion sent me to sleep. It's a New years now though, so "HAPPY NEW YEAR" to y'all

It may sound ridiculous (my son laughed just a little but has decided it was a good thing) but I rented one of those little "knee crutch" scooters. I've been realizing how easy it would be to come down on that foot before I should...so...stay off the sidewalks! Vroom! Vroom!

I've been realizing how easy it would be to come down on that foot before I should...so...stay off the sidewalks! Vroom! Vroom! How are you going to get it up and down the stairs? My son will bring it up for me and other than for 1 doctor appointment, I won't be leaving the house for about 2 weeks (which means the sidewalks will still be safe!) During that time, steps are up/down on my behind like a 3 year old...then I'll graduate to a boot and take this back. |
