Not a slander case, hun, atleast not where I live.......I'd ignore it, pray for this woman ( "God please bless that *****" counts as prayer) and get on with my life....If you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to fear.

nope I am actually in the middle of a very decent township with one of the best school districts in the state, lol.

Right now I have started collecting written information concerning who is filing all these charges and should have it all collected sometime next week. Then I am filing for a restraining order, along with talking with an attorney concerning what he/she reccomends I press for in court.

let me restate that I might be wrong and it is not her but someone else; all evidence suggests it is her at this time thuogh, which is why I am not doing anything until I have the written verification of the person doing it. I DO know she is spreading the lies about my molesting her child,but the rest is all circumstantial until I receive said documents concerning who is doing hte filing. Know what I mean?

i would take legal action if i were you. even if she thinks you molested her kid and you didn't it doesn't give her the right to harass you or to slander you. do whatever it is that you can legally because you will probably never be able to reason with her. child molestation is a serious and sick accusation and if you are innocent you need to get control before your life is seriously effected.

she passed the line yesterday
She calld cps again knowing I was in the process of packing stuff up for a local charity agency to pick up today. My kids are currently at my parents house because I got the same arse who has already caused me trouble i the past. I dont know what HIS problem is, be he is a typical horror story cps agent who claims three plates in your sink is a mopuntain of uwashed dishes, etc.
He is also making insuniations about the fact that I have to keep the fridge and pantry locked, trying to claim I dont feed my kids (like he did last time too, even thugh I have doctors and psychiatrists all lined up telling him he is wrong and tat they are kept locked to keep the youngest who has compulsion issues from raiding it at night).
I have to go in for an interview with his boss this morning and then I am going to probably be getting a lawyer in order to put an end to all this BS.
And then while I was outside talking to him and the 2 cops he brought along to try and intimidate me with the same neighbor yelled at the top of her lungs in her front yard, calling me a "F'in child molestor". Both cops heard her as did the cps worker, so I will be filing charges this week against her.
I have had enough.

omg hun, you better get this done asap...she sounds like a nutcase.....I am so sorry you are going through all this. please keep us posted.

God, you're next door neighbor sounds like my sister-in-law, except she doesn't have a new baby (but she is in MI). Anyway, my prayers are with you, keep your head up, do what you need to do and it'll all work out.
