Mak e ten pancakes the normal way, when completes spread the first with strawberry jam then the second with lemon curd and place on top of first, then continue spreading each pancake with jam and lemon curd until you have a cake ten pancakes high. Then slice like a normal cake and serve. Kids love this

Must be Irish. My Grandmother made them that way. So good.

a girl, and might i add, maple syrup with a dab of apricot is the SWEETEST THING! :)
