Oh kids are funny...some of them come up with some really good stories.
I will never forget when my son was in 2nd grade and he told his friends that he heard me and his dad in our room making really wierd sounds. He told them it must be been from all that red dog they drank.(thats beer)
This little girl went home and told her mom, well her mom is one of my friends. She called me laughing, I said OMG!! I said that is funny because I am allergic to alcohol and I haven't been in "my room" with my sons dad for years!!
So when I asked him why he did it...he said I just wanted to make them laugh and I did!!!

Soooo....just get ready because all kids make up stories!! As long as its not hurting anyone, I wouldn't worry to much about it. I would sit down and talk to them and tell them that they shouldn't lie! Good luck....it only gets better

you get them in a position were they could do something yer x would forbid them to do

and act like you are going to let them till the last minute

then say oh you cant do that you mother would get mad

and i can't trust you since you like to say things to get her mad at me

but hey what do i know

My son told his 1st grade teacher that we went to block island and i was a fourth grade teacher.none of it true.
He also said we have spiders in our basement.I don't have a basement.
