spicy cheese sandwich coming your way!


one slice of bread of your choice.

1 TB butter

jack pepper cheese, (4 slabs).

any hot sauce of your pick 2 Tb


oni0on powder

oregano (just a dash)

fry till brown


and serve with catsup and a dill pickle

I do eat a lot of pepper jack cheese (although lately I've been more into ages gouda).

Have you actually eaten this sandwich or did you just make up the recipe?

I eat very little catchup. I am usually a mustard man.
