TO CLEAN? For me I turn on the radio and with my country music blasting away I clean.My Mom did the sane thing and so do my girls but they don't usually listen to country. What about you? Insomnia + borderline OCD

I have a sign in my bedroom "When I get the urge to clean house, I lay down until it passes"! I need one of them signs!!! I am glad to say that I don't have a mood to clean. That is something that just has to be done. However, when I feel angry ..I find myself cleaning the place up.

My cleaning lady moved to Florida! I am starting to get swamped here! And I refuse to starting dating a woman just to talk her into cleaning my place!

Something makes me mad I can clean like a demon. Or morning sex before my Honey goes to work. LOL then I am in such an awesome mood have all kinds of energy to nest all day. lol

No mood i have a little girl and if we see anything out of place we both start cleaning, I wonder if we are ocd lol. Unless i have had a sitter all night, had a great night..... then i cant help but to have lots of energy

Music does help, butn I just look at cleaning as something that has to get done. Just a part of life.

I usually turn up my music way loud. Wearing my earphones of course. I turn it up as loud as it will go. . Usually, the nice lemon scent from the furniture polish and the other cleansers with scents, help you to want to clean the house. I find some of those citrus scents pretty addictive. I'm a bit strange like that.

when my body just can't slow down after a day of multitasking at work,then i use all my excess energy to clean up...with westlife music plugged in my ear...

When I go to looking for something I hid in a place where I wouldn't forget where it was. Guess it ain't really cleaning. Just moving stuff from one spot to another.

Of course if I have company coming but I also like to clean when I am stressed. It works for me. Come on over. I have lots to clean. I could stress you out so much, you be busy for weeks. I even got references to that.
