I discovered when you date someone of a lesser education/intelligence, they always tend to act defensively even when there's no need. I guess its all a question of inferiority complex. Sometimes we try and show off our intelegence and it only serves to make the other person feel inferior or that you think your superior. Agreed. I dated men that weren't as intelligent but I never treated them like an inferior or tried to show off my intelligence as I knew it would hurt them. Instead; I would try to encourage them to learn new things and I would help them. |
